Moorestown-based food pantries continue to operate, while staff, volunteers, and patrons adjust to conditions caused by covid-19.

To maintain proper social distancing, staff and volunteers will serve patrons outside the building, or in the church’s breezeway in bad weather.
The pantry serves about 200 patrons per week. Food donations are welcome and can be dropped off on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Recommended donated food items include: Canned goods (vegetables, fruits, meats, soups, chicken, tuna), pasta, pasta sauce, peanut butter, jelly, mac and cheese, cereal, rice, oatmeal, luncheon meat and Vienna sausages, pancake mix, syrup, brownie mix, drink boxes. toilet paper, and hygiene products.

The pantry will open on an emergency basis on Wednesday, March 25, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Proper social distancing will be observed. Two bags of food per family will be distributed curbside at the back of the church. Bags will be placed in the trunks.
Live Civilly is a registered 501c3 organization, and donations to the food pantry are tax deductible.
